Kelly
Managing Partner
Ms.
Kelly has been a successful entrepreneur in the Washington,
DC-area
for the past ten years. Before starting
CDG, Ms. Kelly became interested in real estate development after
she started buying, fixing up and then selling homes in the
Northern Virginia-area.
In 2000, Ms. Kelly acquired her residential real estate license
and spent three years working for Coldwell Banker while continuing
her real estate development efforts. In 2002, Ms. Kelly started
CDG and has been acting as the project manager since the inception.
Starting CDG was a natural way to combine her entrepreneurial
spirit with her expertise in real estate and development.
Ms.Kelly
worked in the White House from 1990 – 1992 as
a legislative assistant, has a real estate broker’s license
and a bachelors degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas,
TX.

Tony Torres
Project Manager
Tony Torres has over 15 years experience in construction and project management. Mr. Torres previously worked for himself as "Torres Home Improvement" but joined the CDG team in 2002. Mr. Torres has been responsible for the successful project management of multiple apartment-complex renovations as well as single family homes in the metro area.

McAllister
Architect
Mr.McAllister
has over 16 years of architectural experience. He is the owner
of a highly technical, full-service architectural
firm located in Alexandria, VA, with architects registered in
Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. As owner of McAllister
Architectural, Mr. McAllister manages a broad spectrum of projects
requiring architectural design, construction documents and
construction administration
services. Some of his firms' past clients include Stanton Development,
CIH Homes, the Smithsonian Institute, the Marshall Heights
Community Development
Organization, the Hirshorn Museum, and the IMP World Bank.
Mr.McAllister
has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University
of Maryland.

Ballard
Real Estate Attorney
Mr.Ballard has over 15 years of experience as a real estate
attorney and licensed real estate agent in the Washington, DC
area. His expertise includes landlord and tenant law, condominium
conversions, zoning, planning, land use, historic preservation
and association management. Mr. Ballard has a bachelors degree
from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA and his law degree from
Georgetown University, Washington, DC.

Brennan Reilly
Corporate Attorney
Mr. Reilly has more than 19 years of experience as a CPA
and attorney specializing in real estate law. His expertise
includes
handling real estate settlements, establishing corporations
and limited liability companies and managing all legal matters
pertaining
to the incorporation. He also has extensive experience writing
and reviewing labor and sales contracts, and acting as counsel
on all business matters for his clients. Mr. Reilly has a bachelor’s
degree from Virginia Tech University, Blacksburg, VA and a
law degree from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA.

Simmons
Design Coordinator
With a professional background that includes 25 years experience
in art and design, Mr. Simmons combines his passion for the decorative
arts with his many years of experience in customer service, management
and marketing. Mr. Simmons is uniquely qualified to interpret
and implement design concepts for custom interiors that reflect
today's design aesthetic and modern lifestyles. In addition to
his real estate services as an agent for buyers and sellers,
Dennis assists sellers in marketing their homes through creative
staging of properties for sale.
Mr. Simmons majored in art history at the University of Tulsa,
and attended Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, R.I.
